6. Email Communication with Zoho Mail
For business email communication, we use the Zoho Mail service, provided by Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, Netherlands. Zoho's servers are located in the EU and USA.
As part of using Zoho Mail, personal data such as name, email address, and the content of communications are processed on Zoho’s servers. The processing of this data is based on the following legal grounds:

- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for general business communication
We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Zoho that ensures compliance with the data protection requirements under Art. 28 GDPR. Email data is stored for as long as it is necessary for business communication, but at least for the duration of legal retention obligations.

7. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, which uses cookies to analyze website usage. The IP address is anonymized using the anonymizeIp() function to ensure GDPR compliance. 8. Contact Form & Storage of Inquiries

Additionally, we use the service “Resend” (Resend, Inc., USA) to receive internal email notifications about new contact requests. In this context, no content of the contact form is transmitted to Resend; the service is used solely for technical notification of a new inquiry. The processing of contact form data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request is related to the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in efficiently handling inquiries pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Resend in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. A transfer of personal data to the USA cannot be excluded. According to Resend, standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR are used to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
9. Blog Notifications / Newsletter
If you subscribe to notifications about new blog posts, we use the double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. Your subscription becomes active only after this confirmation. We use the service “Resend” (Resend, Inc., USA) to send these emails, including the double opt-in confirmation email. For this purpose, your email address is transmitted to Resend and processed there for email delivery. Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Resend in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. A transfer of personal data to the USA cannot be excluded. 10. Data Processing by Third Parties
