6. Email Communication with Zoho Mail
For business email communication, we use the Zoho Mail service, provided by Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, Netherlands. Zoho's servers are located in the EU and USA.
As part of using Zoho Mail, personal data such as name, email address, and the content of communications are processed on Zoho’s servers. The processing of this data is based on the following legal grounds:
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation and fulfillment) for emails related to existing or potential business relationships
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for general business communication
We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Zoho that ensures compliance with the data protection requirements under Art. 28 GDPR. Email data is stored for as long as it is necessary for business communication, but at least for the duration of legal retention obligations.

7. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, which uses cookies to analyze website usage. The IP address is anonymized using the anonymizeIp() function to ensure GDPR compliance. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. The processing of data only takes place after your explicit consent. 8. Contact Form & Email Storage

10. Data Processing by Third Parties
The data collected by Google Analytics is transferred to Google in the USA. Email communication is processed via Zoho Mail in the EU and USA. The data transfer is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR, which ensure that data protection requirements are also met outside the EU.
11. Legal Basis for Data Processing
The processing of your personal data is carried out to fulfill your request, based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR or for the performance of pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. The processing of data by Google Analytics is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
12. Storage Duration
The storage duration of different data varies as follows:
- • Google Analytics Data: Stored for 26 months.
- • Contact Form Data: Stored as long as necessary to answer your request. After processing your request, the data will be automatically deleted.
- • Email addresses for blog notifications: Stored until you unsubscribe from the notifications. After unsubscribing, the data is automatically deleted.
- • Email communication: Stored for as long as required for business communication, but at least for the duration of statutory retention periods.
